After MANY months of suffering with tinnitus, I decided to make an appointment to see if any relief was available. Nicole was there to answer all of my questions. After a hearing test and ENT referral we determined I would benefit from a hearing aid with a tinnitus masker. It has been life changing me. My tinnitus was taking over my life. Now I can go about my day and barely think about it. Would highly recommend.

I was having some trouble with the fit of my hearing aids that I got through another provider so I went to Hitchons Hearing centre for a second opinion. Nicole was very helpful and now the fit issue I was having is resolved. Will be continuing to use Hitchons as my hearing aid provider from now on. Thank you very much Nicole!!

I've been using Hitchons Hearing for several years regarding all of my auditory issues (hearing, tinnitus etc) I have found Hitchons staff will go way beyond the call of duty to be sure that my comfort and my hearing issues are dealt with to my satisfaction. And if I have a quick question, I don't have to drive across town for an appointment - they're happy to help me out via phone or email. The staff are great!!!

I was Belleville visiting family and my hearing aid 'died'. I have extreme hearing loss in both ears and having only one hearing aid working made communicating very hard. We called the next morning and I was given an appointment right away at the Belleville location.
Not sure what was done but you fixed my hearing aid!! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

I can’t say enough good things about this hearing centre.

I’ve used similar services in several cities and countries over the past 20 years, and Hitchon’s Hearing provided far and away the best service.

I panicked when one of my hearing aids stopped working right before a critical event. They saw me immediately, reassured me, and fixed it on the spot. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer care are unparalleled. Highly recommended!

I began to miss some television dialogue and decided to have my hearing checked. Hitchon;s Hearing Centre was highly recommended to me by two friends and so I decided to make an appointment. I discovered why it was so highly recommended. Not only was the staff very knowledgeable but they were also incredibly thorough, compassionate and just plain delightful to deal with. I frankly cannot remember an experience like this one anywhere else. Fantastic organization! They always treat clients with care and respect. They never rush you through an appointment and make sure all your questions are answered. I used to go elsewhere to one of the chain stores but never again. I’ve been a client for over four years and will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Hitchon’s Hearing Centre in either of their locations.

I’ve never met a more thorough audiologist than Katherine. She explained the entire testing process as “things” had changed since my last test. The custom fit and adjustment for my new Bluetooth hearing aids was awesome, again she was very thorough and answered all questions that arose. I highly recommend this business for all your hearing needs from test to aids.

Fantastic customer service. 2 separate 1hr appointments with no charges. Shirley went from no hearing to approximately 70%with testing and hearing aid adjustments.
